Germán Tórtora es Arquitecto por la Facultad de Arquitectura Diseño y Urbanismo de la Universidad de la República de Uruguay (FADU_UdelaR). Es Docente de Proyecto en la Carrera de Grado de la FADU, UdelaR.

La oficina de arquitectura establecida en Montevideo, se presenta como una plataforma de trabajo abierta y permeable donde su actividad principal es la gestión integral de proyectos de arquitectura de diversas escalas y complejidades.
